The legend of Audi Quattro

The race cars Audi used for Group B rally were based on Audi Quattro and Audi Sport Quattro and they were the most legendary ones from the Group B era. Audi managed to win two championship titles – in 1982 and 1984.

Group B ran for 5 seasons – from 1982 till 1986. After the 1986 season it was cancelled due to accidents. The cars were simply too fast and therefore too dangerous.
