This is a car model made by Jada and is a copy of car driven by Deckard Shaw (played by Jason Statham) in movie Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw.
It’s made of metal and plastic and has hood (frunk) and doors that opens (doors open in particularly exquisite manner). It’s officially licensed product with authentic details.
Overall quality is decent but interior is a bit simplistic as it’s made from plastic and no soft materials. That’s pretty much to be expected considering the low price of this car model.
It’s approximately 8 inches long, 4 inches wide and 2 inches tall. It’s sold as 1:24 scale but actually seems to be slightly larger than that (it’s bigger than 1/24 scale car models from other manufacturers).
In the movie 2017 McLaren 720S is owned by Deckard Shawn who drove it to a nightclub where he extracted information from Lermotov by threatening to drop him out of window if he won’t share the information. He later drove the car to CIA London Black Site to liberate his younger sister Hattie Shaw (Portrayed by Vanessa Kirby). The car was also used to escape terrorist organization Eteon and super soldier created by them Brixton Lore (Portrayed by Idris Elba) after which is was abandoned.
McLaren 720S has 4.0 liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that develops 720 metric horsepower and 770 Nm of torque. It does 0-60 mph in just 2.5 seconds, 0-100 mph in 5.1 seconds and 1/4 mile in 9.9 seconds with trap speed of 148.2 mph.

Fun fact: Jason Statham actually owns a McLaren 720S in real life too and it’s in same color as the car in movie, however his car is convertible whereas the car used in movie is a coupe.
